Riders Minds Launches New Services

Award winning mental health resource Riders Minds is delighted to announce the addition of a live text message service, and a website chat facility, which will allow more equestrians to be reached and supported.

The free confidential text and web chat lines have been launched as an addition to the existing helpline and resources available on the website.

The Riders Minds services are dedicated to supporting and improving the mental health of all those in the equestrian industry; with a trained team available to talk, text or chat 24/7.

“We are beyond proud to launch an additional text service to the Riders Minds Helpline. We recognise that not everyone is able to make a phone call, which is why the provision of these new services is so important. We can now offer 24 hour support to all equestrians via telephone, text and live chat thanks to the generosity and courage of some amazing people.

“The website content also offers amazing assistance and when used with the Live Chat button can support equestrians worldwide, and not just in the UK. The industry is extremely tough and Riders Minds will go above and beyond to give people the support that is needed.”
